Product Update: August 2016
Releases
We're
continually working to make ClinicalKey even better, and we are excited
to announce new functionality that has been added throughout the month of
August.
“Clinical
Focus” Filter Addition
ClinicalKey
Users can now apply the new Clinical Focus filter allowing for faster
answers at the point-of-need. This filter has been specifically designed
to deliver search results most relevant while in a clinical setting. Your
clinicians can save time by applying this filter from the search box drop
down menu on the home page before running their search, or it can be
applied after on the search results page. When applied, users will
receive search results containing information from full text articles,
books, drug monographs and guidelines, with a date range from current day
to 3 years. Articles will also be filtered to Meta-Analysis and Narrative
Review sources.
Drug
Topic Pages Now Available
Drug
information is easier to obtain than ever with the introduction of Drug
Topic Pages. When a ClinicalKey user searches a drug term, a drug topic
page will display on the right side of the search results. Users can
easily navigate to different sections of the drug monograph using the
Table of contents or review the drug topic page in its entirety by
clicking “View Full Topic.”
Topic Page
Previews Now Include Table of Contents Links
When
users search a term on ClinicalKey and a Topic Page is available for that
term, users will see a preview for the Topic Page to the right of the
search results. They can easily navigate to their desired section of the
Topic Page using the Table of Contents Links.
Multi-Select
Option Now Available Over Multiple Search Pages
ClinicalKey
users will now have the option to select multiple search results across
various search result pages. Users will have the ability to save, email
and print the selected content together.
