New RefWorks Keeps Getting Better

Advanced Search
Available via the "Advanced" link on the right side of the Search box, Advanced Search lets you scope your search to particular folders and fields—including custom fields.

Database Search (z39.50)
Database Search can be used to find references in PubMed or the Library of Congress, as well as any institution catalogs that have been made searchable in RefWorks via ProQuest Support.

Citation View
Citation View, which can be found at the bottom right corner of the reference list, presents references as they would be formatted in a bibliography. Any built-in or custom citation style can be used. This view also identifies missing fields.

Improved Deduplication
We’ve dramatically increased the speed of our deduplication feature, provided the ability to scope it to a folder (as well as to all documents) and added a “fuzzy” matching algorithm.

Quick Cite Improvements
We've made improvements to the user interface and mechanics of Quick Cite, our built-in tool for creating citations and bibliographies when you aren't using Microsoft Word or Google docs.

Not in Folder
Found in "My Folders", "Not in Folder" is a new view which allows you to quickly organize references you haven't put into folders yet.
