ENHANCED: Drug Comparisons Tool
Now you can find your Drug
Comparisons module on the blue toolbar under its own “Drug Comparisons”
heading, rather than under the previous “Facts & Comparisons” button.
The module also now opens directly within your Lexicomp Online interface
for a streamlined look and feel.
Clicking Drug Comparisons
provides two drop-down options for viewing comparative tables:
|
■
|
Data View –
compare up to four drugs in a table format
|
|
■
|
Monograph View –
compare up to four drugs as side-by-side monographs
|
For more on how to use the
Drug Comparisons Tool, watch this short training video.
NEW: Toxicology Field in Core Drug
Monographs
Find toxicology information
within core drug monographs in the Lexi-Drugs, Pediatric & Neonatal
Lexi-Drugs, and Multinational drug databases.
Previously, toxicology content
was only accessible through the Toxicology module. To improve ease of use
and access to the information, we added summary toxicology content under
the Adverse Reactions section of relevant drug monographs. Users can then
click through to the more in-depth Agent of Toxicity monograph without interrupting
workflow.
ENHANCED: Easier Access to Formulary Monograph
Service (FMS)
Subscribers to the Formulary
Monograph Service add-on module will now see a dedicated "Formulary
Monograph Service" button on the blue toolbar atop every page of
Lexicomp Online. This link will connect subscribers directly to the
module, which features detailed information about recently released and
investigational drugs.
