Each document provides essential details, including doses for adult, pediatric and geriatric patients; warnings; precautions; adverse reactions; administration instructions; labeled and unlabeled uses; U.S. FDA Special Alerts, and more.

Analyze drug interactions
Clicking the name of a drug in an UpToDate topic or search result displays a document that supplies complete drug-drug and herb-drug interaction details.

Access complete drug information
As subscribers of UpToDate and Lexicomp,  we can link directly to the complete content in our Lexicomp subscription from within UpToDate. Direct linking provides access to many additional features including additional databases on pregnancy and lactation, allergy and idiosyncratic reactions, and patient education leaflets in 19 languages.
