Updates to Lexicomp mobile app

Two new enhancements are available for the Lexicomp mobile app. These enhancements will be available next time you update your app in the iTunes store.  For instructions on how to get the Lexicomp app on your mobile device see the library's web site here:  http://gladiator.gundluth.org/depts/library/topics/topicsmobile.htm

Improvements to I.V. Compatibility Module: We have updated and expanded the information we incorporate from King® Guide. You can now also limit a multiple drug search by site and solution. This module now matches Lexicomp Online in terms of King Guide data and functionality.

Floating Monograph Toolbar: Due to customer request, we've made it possible to access the monograph toolbar from any point in the monograph. You no longer have to scroll back to the top of the monograph -- instead, simply tap the wrench icon to call up the full toolbar.
