Switch over to the NEW RefWorks!

RefWorks, a reference management and citation tool, will have a new look, feel, and functionality beginning January 18, 2016.

If you've been using the OLD RefWorks, you can continue to do so, but you may want to switch.

Why would you want to switch?

  • Updated, easier to use interface
  • Easier to upload full-text documents directly into your RefWorks account
  • Easier to share your RefWorks collections with others
  • Easier to bring web or internet content into your RefWorks account
  • Ability to annotate the full-text documents within RefWorks.
  • If you share your RefWorks citations with others, they can annotate and comment on the full-text documents as well.

If you've been using the "in-between" product, Flow, you will need to do the following:
  • Save http://refworks.proquest.com as a favorite for the new RefWorks.
  • Install a new "Save to RefWorks" button.  This replaces the "Save to Flow" button.
  • Install a new Write N Cite version.
For training, see RefWorks webinars or contact Eileen Severson, x55546.
